Ken D'Ademo - Owner
Ken has been a Real Estate Agent and Broker since 2006. Working with William Raveis in CT from 2006 - 2017, Keller Williams Chattahoochee North, Ga, from 2010 - 2022 and currently licensed with eXp Realty in GA. In 2019 he was a consultant with a start up company to help develop a Transaction Coordinator program offering worldwide services. In 2023, he founded KnL Realty Services, LLC, to bring his expertise to a wider audience and to be able to offer individualized TC and coaching services that provide our clients with more time to continue to build their business and feed their pipelines.

No Fees until the Transaction Closes
We are here to help real estate agents get up to 16 hours per transaction back to build their businesses. We do not charge a subscription fee and are only paid when the transaction closes, on Contract to Close transactions.
Listing to Contract fees are paid up front.

- Send Paperwork to back office for compliance
Contract to Close
Starting at: $350
Contract to Close (Buyer or Seller):
- Review contract for compliance and accuracy
- Email client with next steps
- Coordinate inspections
- Send contract to Attorneys, Lenders, and title companies
- Assist with Addendums, and Amendments and distribute
- Monitor timeline for key date deadlines
- Schedule Closing
- Send Invoice to closing entity
Contract to Close- Dual
Starting at: $500
Contract to Close (Buyer and Seller)
- Same tasks as Contract to Close working with both buyer and seller once the contract is executed.
Listing to Close:
Starting at $475
All tasks as Listing to Contract and Contract to Close for Seller only.
Listing fee $175 is charged up front
